We are growing over 75 varieties of vegetables. Everything from carrots to broccoli and onions to microgreens. The main challenge at Trout Creek Farm is our elevation, and therefore, our temperatures. We are at 8,000 feet and have a growing season that limits what hot weather loving vegetables we can grow.

This year we are growing salad mix, head lettuce, arugula, spinach, mirco greens, bok choi, kale, chard, collards, cabbage, kohlrabi, broccoli, cauliflower, beets, carrots, radishes, turnips, parsnips, onions, scallions, zucchini, summer squash, squash blossoms, cucumbers, fennel, green beans, snow peas, sugar snap peas, heirloom tomatoes, parsley, cilantro, dill, mint, thyme, oregano, sage and basil!
